The Adani Accelerated Leadership Program (AALP) is a high-impact leadership incubator, designed to transform top talent into future CEOs. Handpicked participants embark on a journey of immersive learning, strategic mentorship under Group CEOs, and deep cross-business exposure.

Each participant is paired with a dedicated mentor who plays a pivotal role in shaping a structured, multi-year leadership development roadmap. • The challenge will be done initially on campus level

• 2nd year MBA students are only allowed to participate.

• Selected teams from campus will compete with other campuses
